1.
Returns & Exchanges:
SS Marine accepts returns of your products in Three (3) days of
your receipt to the shipment if the product is eligible for return. Products
that are eligible for return have the - “Enjoy hassle-free
returnsJ ” tag on product detail page. Else than
tagged products cannot be returned under any circumstances. A product will not
be accepted as returned until it is notified to the customer that it is
accepted for return.
Products
eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
1.
Only
if the product is not used.
2.
The
product is in the original packaging, received fully without any missing items
(Even if promotional gift where received).
3.
Product
are free of any damage from customer’s side.
Returns will only be issued subject to approval for the valid reasons
mentioned below:
1.
Defects in design,
materials, and workmanship.
2.
Unsatisfactory
quality or manufacturing defect.
3.
Incorrect products
delivered compared to ordered products.
It may take up
to one week based on your location for a product to reach us once you return
it. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to three (3)
business days for us to receive and process your returned product.
If the product proves defective once you receive the order, and
you follow the instructions that we provide for returning the product, we will,
at
our option, take one of the following actions:
a)
Replace the product
with either a new or a refurbished product that is the same as or similar to
the product you purchased
b)
Repair the product
using either new or refurbished parts at our authorized repair center and can
take up to Twenty-one (21) business days.
c)
If can’t be
replaced or repaired, Refund of the product at its full face value to the
customer.
How to Return or Exchange:
1.
Returns, exchanges,
and refunds are not permitted as an option on our website due to several
reasons.
2.
Kindly contact Sales@ssmarine.ae to notify us of the product you would
like to return. You will need to provide full details of your order number,
which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together
with details and pictures of the items you wish to return or exchange, stating
the reason, (proving damage by a video or image).
3.
Once your request
have been approved, please ensure that ALL returned items are in good condition
and unopened. And keep packing in a manner that will keep items in a safe
condition.
4.
Schedule a return for
your package with the courier provider designated by our team. You must also
provide a copy of the shipping invoice supplied with your order documentation
when you hand over the return products to our courier. Delivery charges for
returning the products, if it is not due to faulty, damaged or incorrect
products, are to be paid by you and are your responsibility.
2. Refund:
After the
return is processed, it may take up to Twenty-One (21) business days for the
refund to get credited to your credit card or account if you paid in cash. Your
refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.
Refunds can only be processed after the
item(s) returned have been received undamaged, at a full face value (excluding,
where applicable, the original delivery charges, the value of the customs paid
imposed by the country, and cash handling fees).
Cases of refund:
1.
Un-satisfactory items:
if the item failed to meet your expected quality and functioning, and you would
like to refund your money back we will credit to your account the amount at
full face value.
2.
Any Manufacturing
defect: items shall be replaced or repaired, and if was failed to be done, than
full face value amount to be received.
3.
Items received by
customer broken: item shall be replaced with a new one that is 100% damage
free, if items are not available than a refund at full face value to be
received.
4.
Purchased items that
did not start on arrival to customer can yet be refund at a full value.
Your refund will be processed via the
following methods:
- Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit or bank
account.
- If you chose to pay with multiple payment methods, the store
credit amount used will be prioritized and refunded in full, before the remainder
of the payment gets refunded via the other payment method used. The refund will
be processed in the following order:
(i)
The full store credit
amount used will be credited back to your account
(ii)
The remaining amount
will be refunded via your other payment method: Credit Card payments will be
refunded to the Credit Card used to purchase your order, PayPal payments will
be refunded to your PayPal account, and Cash on Delivery payments
will be refunded as store credit.
3. Warranty
Legal Terms and conditions:
This limited warranty is provided by SS Marine LLC to you as the
original purchaser of the product(s) you purchased on selected products and
in instances where we are considered the seller.
We warrant the product to you against defects in materials and
workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of your
purchase, unless other warranty period stated by manufacturer. If the
product proves defective during the warranty period, and you follow the
instructions that we provide for returning the product, we will, at
our option, take one of the following actions:
d)
Replace the product
with either a new or a refurbished product that is the same as or similar to
the product you purchased;
e)
Repair the product
using either new or refurbished parts at our authorized repair center
f)
If can’t be
replaced or repaired, Refund of the product according to market price of the
product shall take place.
There is no assurance that any
replacement product will be identical to or will offer the same functionalities
as the product returned to us, but the assurance is that replacements will
solve the issue. In all cases, product comparability will be determined by us
at our sole discretion.
This limited warranty applies only to products purchased within
the United Arab Emirates (the "Territory"). Replacement and repaired
products or parts will only be shipped to addresses within the Territory, and
refunds will only be credited to accounts located within the Territory.
This limited warranty applies to any
replacement product or part, or to any repair, for the remainder of the
original warranty period. All parts and products that you
return to us and for which we give you a refund or replacement will become our,
or our affiliate's property upon our receipt, and you agree that any unexpired
part of this limited warranty on the replaced or refunded part or product also
transfers to us. Failure to ship the damaged part or product back to us may
result in your being charged for the replacement part or product at full retail
price.

The warranty is
valid only on the presence of serial no. of the product. The Company reserves
the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed
after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.

Repair or Replacements
does not renew the warranty period.
ü
Under no Warranty; if the customer
received a manufacturer defect Item, a return of an item will be acceptable
within 3 days.
The warranty does not cover the following:
1.
Replacement
of consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, etc.
2.
Abuse
or neglect, misuse of the product by the customer. Defects resulting from usage
of the product in conjunction with accessories that are not approved by the
Company for use with this product.
3.
Failure
of the product arising from incorrect installation or use not consistent with
the instructions and technical or safety standards prescribed in the product
user manual. Accidents, acts of God, fire or other external causes, lightning,
water, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any
cause beyond the control of the Company.
4.
Unauthorized
modifications, alterations, unauthorized use, commercial use or repairs carried
out to the product in order to comply with local or international technical
standards in countries for which this the Company’s product was not originally
designed.
5.
This
limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient
of the product.
6.
This
warranty will be the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy and neither the Company
nor its authorized service centers shall be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages or breach of any express or implied warranty of this
product.
7.
It is not possible to extend or
renew the repair or replacement under this warranty or renew the warranty
period. Warranty terms correspond to the manufacturer of your product.
8.
The warranty repair period is
Thirty (30) working days for the products covered by the warranty from the date
of receiving the product from the customer until it is dispatched.
9.
The customer must make sure that
the product was packaged in the original carton, along with the original tag,
and was properly packaged in a manner that avoids any damage during the
shipping process. SS Marine won’t be responsible in the event of a break or
damage to the product in this case, and the product under warranty will be
returned to the customer without maintenance.
